Owner of OKC Sandlot which began in 2008.  Currently scouting for the Boston Red Sox.  Lane has been scouting since 1986 (Cubs, Orioles, Padres, Red Sox).  Played collegiately at Murray State College, Carl Albert JC, and finished at Southeastern Oklahoma State U.

After playing baseball at Yukon High School, Dr. Ryan French went to Bakersfield Junior College in California to further is baseball career. While attending Bakersfield JC, Dr. Ryan French sustained an arm injury that required surgery. Shortly after his rehab the injury started to reappear. He was about to give up baseball until one of his teammates suggested that he go see a chiropractor. After his first adjustment Dr. Ryan French was able to throw a baseball like the injury had never been there. This event sparked his interest in Chiropractic and as the story goes, after his stent in California he told the coach his was hanging up the spikes to pursue a Chiropractic degree.

Dr. French has a strong passion for the game of baseball. He teaches not only the physical but mental aspects as well. He is a certified Mental Sports Performance Coach and member of the American Baseball Coaches Association. Dr. French has not only played with many teammates that have made it to the MLB, but he has also had the privilege of being the Chiropractor for many professional athletes. Dr. French has stated that “Baseball has given me the life that I dreamed about”. He is married to Stephanie French, two boys Cooper and Mason, daughter Taylor.

Former MLB Player, Owner of Ryal Baseball Academy, US Nationals South Plains 2030 Coach

Coach Rusty Ryal is an Oklahoma native and second generation Major Leaguer.  Rusty and his father, Mark Ryal, are one of two second generation families in the history of baseball to have played in the Nippon League in Japan (The MLB in Japan) and in Major League Baseball.
Rusty’s highlights as a Major Leaguer where recording a hit in his first Major League at bat, hitting a homerun at Wrigley Field, and hitting the final home-run ever given up by Hall of Famer, Randy Johnson.
Rusty played his college baseball at Cowley College where he earned honors as a first-team All-Conference member in the Jayhawk League and was a NJCAA Second Team All-American. He later attended Oklahoma State University where he helped the Cowboys win a Big 12 Tournament Championship, play in an NCAA Regional, and named to the All Big 12 Academic Team.
Drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 2005 Major League Baseball draft, Rusty climbed the ladder in the Dbacks organization as an All-Star at the High-A, Double AA, and Triple AAA levels as a minor leaguer. He was also selected to play in the coveted Arizona Fall prospects league were he was selected to the Rising Stars game and he his teammate of the Phoenix Desert Dogs captured the AZL Championship.
Rusty retired in 2014 and currently resides in Tuttle, OK where he currently trains baseball athletes at Ryal Baseball Academy. He is happily married to Erica Ryal and a proud father of 4 boys - Asher, Bowen, Rocco, and Silas.
